Jereh Office Platform is a set of office software developed by Jereh, covering every business link including enquiry, quotation, sales, purchase, warehouse entry, transportation, Customs clearance, performance assessing, information search and customer relations management. All the links are closely associated, forming a set of scientific, precise and accurate business procedure system. Unlike traditional office ones, this system can assure that Jereh responses to customers’ requests quickly and accurately, which offers strong support for Jereh’s further development and enables Jereh to be ahead of its competitors.


Office Platform

Our manufacturing management process classifies the different job procedures in more details and summarizes the responsibilities of each procedure which has been identified as different job positions such as production manager, planner, assembler, welder, painter, electrician, and testing specialist. To implement 7S site management, and all the positions and groups are required to enforce the monthly KPI summarize, quarterly evaluation and yearly review. All these experience and mature procedures provide the good experience and solid base for us to launch other new similar project in future.
Jereh pays great attention to the training of staff through versatile ways in accordance with different demands from all positions, such as cultivate the lecturers from the staff; invite the outside teachers and sending staff to exterior training institute, which enhance the staff’s capabilities and enable them to grow with the company together. Finally the training will provide strong technology and service support for continuously improving our capacity in manufacturing to the best to supply customers with competitive products beyond their expectation.
