At the beginning of 2006，according to API SPEC Q1 standard and ISO9001：2000，Jereh established the quality management document that is applicable to actual situation and has been executed strictly. Particular series of training for our staff had been proceeded which great enhanced the staff’s sense of quality. By adopting and improving this quality management system, the operating procedures of the company has been organized and managed in more professional way. The improved procedures include engineering,manufacturing, sales, services and so on. What’s more, it also provides a scientific tool to manage the quality control, as a result, the integrity management on the company has been substantially enhanced.

Product Quality Inspection:To ensure the delivery of quality products, Jereh strictly performs the “Double Three Inspections” quality control policy throughout the purchasing, manufacturing and delivering procedures.

Quality Control for the Compressor Package:Jereh’s compression package technology and scheme are transferred and instructed by overseas partners who are known as leaders of the industry, the engineers of both parties keep timely communication to ensure the high quality of compressor units built in Yantai same as those built overseas.

Welding Quality Control-Skid welding is a special process, which is controlled via five factors, including personnel, equipment, material, specification, inspection. Personnel-All Welders and Welding Operators hold relevant certificates, among them19 welders have received Welder Qualification Certificates issued by American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). Equipment- All welding equipments are managed by <Equipment Management Regulations>, and evaluated annually. Materials-Base materials are entrusted to the third party's reinspection. Welding materials are managed as per <Welding Material Management Regulations>. Specifications-Jereh has 20 types of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), and 5 of them have been approved by American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). Inspection-Conduct MT, PT, UT and RT inspection.
