| Professional after-sales service team: The company has a professional after-sales service team which is reputable of fast response, excellent techniques and well equipped. The majority of maintenance and after-sales engineers have experiences of being strictly trained by world-famous compressor manufacturers. This team has engineers with over 20 years experience in compressor industry and most of the after-sales engineers have over 5 years service experience in field installation, commissioning, maintenance, heavy repair, trouble shooting, and operation surveillance. |

| Acceptance inspection by customers: To ensure our units meet with customers' satisfaction, we invite customers to Jereh’s facility for pre-delivery inspection and request for their comments to facilitate our products improvement. Delivery on customer’s jobsite: In order to help the customer learn how to use the equipment very well, Jereh arranges the specialized technical team to the customer’s jobsite to do the commissioning. |

| Along with delivery: Jereh’s service engineers offer the training to customers for operation and maintenance of our products.A certificate will be issued to the customers who are deemed as qualified operator / service engineer of the products after the training. |

| After-sales service network: Our after-sales service is extended to wherever Jereh's equipment is as the fulfillment of Jereh's service idea—Jereh•Dedicated to beyond customers' expectation. At present Jereh has set up offices and service centers/bases in Beijing, Tanggu Tianjin, Karamayi Sinkiang, Lunnan Sinkiang and Wushenqi Inner Mongolia. Our oversea offices/service bases are available in Russia, Middle East, Dubai, Kazakhstan etc.. Any maintenance spare parts stock will be built in the service center subject to demands so that the customer would always be satisfied with maintenance services effectively, and just-in-time. |

| After-sales service: Jereh believes that service can create value. The delivery of products is the end of sales but the beginning of service! Jereh’s engineers will regularly go to customers’ jobsite to assist them to do fully check and examine to the delivered products and put forward maintenance suggestion based on the check results. |

| Spare parts supply: After the warranty period, the customers will enjoy a discount of 10%-20% for spare parts. Jereh keeps spare parts inventory to meet customers’ urgent need! When there is an urgent need from customer, we will be delivering the spare parts from Yantai to customer’s site by the fastest way. Repairing service: We guarantee that there will be at least one engineer stationed at jobsite to offer technical service freely. According to the requirement in customers’ site, we will be providing the services including operation instructing, repairing, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical training etc..
